Mutton Sandwiches with Leggo's sauce

Mutton has a strong taste so it needs an awesome sauce to make delicious mutton burgers. A good and simple recipe comes from combining 3 of Leggo's pre-bottled sauces. Mix 1 teaspoon of each and spoon over mutton patties for a gourmand meal @home.

                                1) Stir Through ricotta, spinach, pecorino cheese

                                2) Bolognese chunky pasta sauce

                                3) Pesto with traditional basil

I used Prego pasta sauce as its already in my fridge.
