Heavy wool or fur coats with cashmere separates. Flowy skirts and tailored pants in thickset fabrics.
It strikes me as familiar clothes from 1900s, the looks are classic and conservative, people do still want to dress like that. Getting covered up and warm during these colder months are a priority for many.
I really like the militaria inspired touches like the black dress below and Prada inspired luxe looks.
