Growing 3 Sisters

Since I have successfully managed to grow sword beans, which is not difficult by the way. I have decided to take my gardening 1 step further and plant pumpkins and squash next as these have been known to take easily to the high temperatures of tropical Singapore. I bought a pack each of all the exotic breeds I could find: turk's turban, butternut, patty pan, jack o lantern. And 1 pack of black corn. As informed by online forums, these sprouted in a week! I had to quickly transplant the seedlings into bigger pots as their roots started to intertwine. And 1 rotten onion below that also sprouted!
