Vietnamese Prawn Roll

Mommy prepared Vietnamese popiah for dinner today. You have to soak the wrap (which looks like a transparent piece of plastic) in hot water to soften it, then pile on the vegetables, sauces and finish off with jumbo prawns in a sweet & spicy sauce. The wrap clings to itself so bundling the ingredients is a cinch. Delicious!
